1.         「ヒデは、看護師に必要なことは何だと思いますか。」
Ans：哲学的な問いですね。看護師に限らず、どのような仕事に就くにしても、仕事のプロとして社会に貢献するのであれば、「周囲の一時的な評価（良い意味でも、悪い意味でも）など気にせず、コンスタンに仕事をこなしていくこと」でしょうか。反省すべきは、反省し、淡々と仕事をすることが大事だと思います。看護師という仕事に限って言うと、様々な気質や価値観を持った患者と接するわけですから、どのような状況にも動じない、偏見をもたないスタンスが必要でしょうかね。後、一部の患者の死に立ち会うわけですから、しっかりとした「死生観」は、持っておくべきだと思います。
